When will I receive my order?

We typically ship within 3 business days if a product is in stock. At checkout, you are given several shipping options that include faster options. If a product is not in stock, it will be shipped in 4-6 weeks.

How can I determine if a product is in stock and available for immediate shipment?

Please email johnarcherclothing@gmail.com with the style, color and size that you would like to purchase. We will reply within 24 hours.

What is your refund policy?

Because of the bespoke nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, you may make an exchange if John Archer receives your purchase unworn and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.  Click on Refund Policy at the bottom of the home page for details and instructions.

How do John Archer blazers fit?

John Archer blazers are cut for a casual fit, which our customers prefer. If you desire a fitted silhouette, John Archer blazers can be altered by your tailor. Please note that John Archer does not provide tailoring services and any tailoring costs are the customer's responsibility.

How do I determine my blazer size?

Chest measurements by size:

Small  =  Chest size 38"

Medium = Chest size 40"

Large = Chest size 42"

XL = Chest size 44"

XXL = Chest size 46"
